Drawing on the PART Instructor model, prospective instructors learn to run scenario-based skill stations, apply structured teaching methodologies, provide safe and precise feedback, and manage time-critical simulation sessions. They are assessed on clarity of instruction, accuracy, teamwork facilitation, and ability to reinforce structured clinical frameworks.
